These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, member portal, studios, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Omni House, LLC ("Omni House," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, applying for membership, booking a space, or providing your phone number to receive SMS messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or to enter into these Terms. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
When you create an account or apply for membership you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Membership is granted at our sole discretion and may be subject to application review, payment of dues, and adherence to our community standards. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our Code of Conduct.
Studio bookings, gear rentals, event reservations, and tour appointments are subject to availability and to the cancellation, rescheduling, and damage policies posted at the time of booking or otherwise communicated to you. You are responsible for the proper use and timely return of any space or equipment you reserve.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information you authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any recurring subscription amounts. Subscription fees renew automatically until canceled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
When using the Services or any Omni House physical space, you agree not to:

By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms (Intake Form, Membership Application, Tour Booking, Event Activations), you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Omni House, LLC, including event invitations, member updates, booking confirmations, and announcements. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Services, including the Omni House name and logo, the website, the member portal, and all related content, are owned by Omni House, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and use that content as necessary to provide the Services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omni House, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omni House, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify members via email or an in-app announcement and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
