Omni House

Team Handbook

How we operate, what we expect, and the standards that hold it together.

Mission & Vision

Mission

Omni House gives creative people a physical home + operational backbone so they can do their best work and reach audiences they couldn't reach alone.

Vision

A network of creative spaces where the membership IS the network — members find collaborators, audiences find members, and the venue compounds value for everyone who walks through.

What this means day-to-day

  • Every event should make members more visible, not less.
  • Every space upgrade should reduce the friction of making things.
  • Every system should compound — what we build today makes next month easier.
  • Audience targetability matters — build for “who exactly is this for,” not generic reach.

What we are NOT

  • Not a co-working space — we're a creative production house.
  • Not a venue-for-rent — we're a curated community that happens to have a space.
  • Not a startup chasing 10x — we're building a sustainable creative business.

Our Story

Origin

Endless River Studios was the production company. Omni House emerged from the realization that the people working with us needed somewhere to BE — a creative home, not just a project office.

Where We Are

Priority stack (load-bearing)

  • Sponsors
  • Grants
  • App / web
  • Events
  • Packages
  • Space
  • Finance

Hard deadlines

  • Jun 5 2026 — Game Night ticketed pilot via CLYX.
  • End of Jun 2026 — runway crunch. Time-to-cash matters.

Not on the roadmap

  • New product lines (Talent Scout parked).
  • Rewrites or framework swaps (Base44 retained).

Voice & Culture

How we talk to each other

  • Direct over polite. Say the thing.
  • Receipts before opinion. Show the data, then say what you think.
  • Ship over plan. Working event / working code beats a polished deck.

How we work

  • Own your lane end-to-end — take a responsibility, it's yours through completion.
  • Roadblocks become tasks, not silent failures.
  • Treat the house like you own it — leave every space better than you found it.

What we don't do

  • Don't fabricate metrics, partnerships, or quotes.
  • Don't post on Omni House socials without going through the trusted-send lane.
  • Don't blur ownership: Notion = back office, GHL = sales, App = product, Stripe = billing truth.

Response time norms

  • Internal Discord: same day ideal, 24hr max.
  • Customer-facing: 4hr ideal, 24hr max.

How conflict gets resolved

  • 1:1 first — talk to the person directly before anyone else hears about it.
  • Doesn't resolve → bring in your supervisor. Supervisor escalates to Slowsie for money, conduct, or a member.
  • Conduct that crosses a line (harassment, theft, endangering people or the space) skips the ladder — straight to Slowsie, immediately.
  • Default posture is graduated: conversation → written warning → removal.

Policies

Time off

  • Contractors: invoice for time worked; no PTO accrual.
  • Work-trade: shift-by-shift; missed shifts forfeit credits.
  • Everyone: 48-hr notice for planned days off; same-day for emergencies (text Slowsie + supervisor).

Conduct

  • Treat members, vendors, partners, and crew with the same baseline respect.
  • Confidentiality: anything seen inside Omni House (member data, financials, deals) stays inside.
  • Disclose any side-work that overlaps Omni House clients/vendors before taking it.

Money

  • Comp lives in your signed contract + role brief, not the handbook.
  • No personal-card spending without pre-approval; if you must, save the receipt + log it immediately.

Safety

  • Lockup + emergency contacts: see the SOPs.
  • Incident reporting: log within 12 hours.

Grounds for parting ways

The day-7 and day-30 reviews are the scheduled off-ramps. These end it sooner:

  • No-shows / chronic no-follow-through on assigned work.
  • Conduct breaches — harassment, theft, endangering people or the space, breaking confidentiality.
  • Repeated standards violations after a written warning.

Default is graduated — conversation → written warning → part ways. Serious conduct skips to removal. Nothing at a review should be a surprise: if it's heading that way, you've already heard it once.

What's my app login?

Sign in at omnihouse.app with an email magic link — no password.

How do I post on Omni House socials?

You don't. Public comms go through the trusted-send lane — submit ideas to Slowsie or the content lead.

What if I break something?

Tell your supervisor first. Don't hide it. Log it within 12 hours. Most breakage is cheap; the cover-up is what hurts.
