Omni House
House Standards
How we keep the room good. These are the values and behavior that membership runs on — read once, live by them, and the house stays a place worth being in.
What we believe
Culture is our export.
The vetting, the community, the people in the room — that's the product, more than the rooms or the gear. Every decision protects the room.
The house is a tool, not a hangout.
Omni House exists to make creative work — and creative revenue — actually happen. We measure ourselves by what gets made.
Treat the house like you own it.
Shared space only works if everyone leaves it better. Gear stays on-site. Lock up. Clean up after events. You break or lose it, you own it.
Show up and follow through.
A commitment made here is kept — a booking, a check-in, an event role, a cleanup shift.
Offer, don't extract.
Toward each other and toward newcomers, the posture is give first. Members lift members; the house lifts its people.
What we expect
Respect the space and the gear.
All equipment stays on-site. Reset your set, station, and shared areas before leaving. Report damage immediately — hiding it is the real violation.
Honor your bookings.
Show up for what you reserve. Two-hour minimum, 24-hour cancellation. No-shows burn credits like use.
Keep it professional with each other.
No harassment, no predatory behavior, no treating the member network as something to strip-mine. Collaboration welcome; exploitation isn't.
Your guests are your responsibility.
Clients and plus-ones reflect on your membership.
Contribute, don't just consume.
Post opportunities, answer questions, support other members' work.

Removal
Loss of access, for repeat or serious conduct.
Severe conduct skips the ladder. Harassment, assault, theft, or endangering people or the space means immediate removal.
Required safety and anti-harassment notices (OSHA workplace safety, the anti-harassment policy and reporting path, and emergency info) are posted physically in the space. The full binding membership terms live on the Terms page.
